Olivia Hunt is a New York-based writer of nonfiction and plays whose work explores the cross-sections of transgression and intimacy. She is a Goldwater Fellow and Professor of Creative Writing at NYU.

Her nonfiction has been recognized by DISQUIET (shortlist) and published by Slate, RipRap, Action, Spectacle, ANGLES Magazine, Confluence Art & Research Journal, and Roots.Wounds.Words.

Her plays have been produced Off-Broadway at HERE Arts Center and Rattlestick Theater, developed by La Mama Experimental Theatre Club, Playwrights’ Center, & Oxford University Dramatic Society, and honored by The O’Neill National Playwrights Conference, and The Kennedy Center.
